I do receive also calls from this phone number but I don't answer it. Is there any authority that we could complain with on this number.

Unfortunately for them, Venali,Inc is not to blame for some(maybe none) of these calls. When I had enough of this problem, I began to try to get it stopped. It took a month to investigate, But I found that the number that the faxes were supposed to be going to had been disconnected, lines had gotten crossed, and the faxes were being forwarded to my phone. Venali was a great help, but in the end I had my home PC set up to receive faxes. Of course the faxes show the company names and phone numbers, from and to who, so by contacting them the problem was found and resolved!!!!!! Hope this helps all of you with this problem.

Annoying calls several times a week. Number does not accept call-backs. I want to be off this call list!

I've told these people to stop calling, but they still keep at it; three to four times each night, Pretty annoying overall, they keep asking for a person that does not reside an never has done so in my house in my house and having had the same number for over a dozen years; it's just a scam to try to get me hooked into their product.

never leave a message. Even though I am on a do not call list I still receive calls constantly from solicitors usually about car warranty or some other stuff like that.

Caller stated that I owed him $300.00 and that there was a warrant for my arrest. Never got any type of loan, how do we get rid of these people?

Clive calls telling me I owe money for a payday loan. This has been going on fro some time. I talked to them in the past and even got to talk to a supervisor. They make big threats about lawsuits and such but I never see any paper. They called today at my job and now I have my boss giving them hell. I would for a government contractor and any debt collectors calling can upset the apple cart so we are now harrassing them. I'm also going to report them to the government and see where that goes. Do not give in to these people. If they call give them hell and watch them squirm. Demand paperwork and never send any money to them. Keep up fighting for your ringhts!!!

I received a call from this company about a legal case against me. Wouldnt give any info on dates or what company this debt or uncollected loan was for. He just said "cash advance" said I could pay $490 or they will move forward with legal action. When i wouldnt pay he said they will take that as I will take my chances in court, and disconnected. Then I attempted to call back and it was busy. He called back with a message on my voicemail that he'd give me one last chance to pay if not they will inform everyone I'm a criminal, my manager and dept of work and so on (psyco)........clearly they're just trying to get payment.

This inspector called ma about paying off a magazine subscription from i lived in Florida over 7 years ago. He said i was being subpeonad to a NY court (even though I live in CT) about this unpaid subscription. He wanted me to pay $600 but when i asked him for paperwork he refused. He says this magazine company is hoping I don't show up to the court date so they can go after me for more money. I told him i never received any subpeona and he said I would have if I still lived in Florida. Really give me a break if he was able to find me why didn't the courts. These debt collectors are trying anything in the book to make people pay. I don't mind paying what I owe but show me the paperwork first then I will pay.

Always has recorded message saying that the call is for "Agria Truatt". I get this constantly and I AM TIRED OF THESE "NUSINCE CALLS"
